These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 565zk platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using 565zk, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total value of wagers that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. |
To register and maintain an Account on 565zk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:
565zk reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify 565zk promptly of any changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 565zk. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 565zk uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the first registered may be closed and any balances forfeited.
565zk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits are accepted, withdrawals are processed or your Account is fully activated:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 565zk may result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal rights.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. 565zk will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.
By using the Platform you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Your use of 565zk is for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without the express prior written consent of 565zk.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 565zk does not warrant that the Platform is appropriate for use in all countries or territories. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that domestic gambling laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their activity. 565zk does not claim authorisation from, or endorsement by, any Pakistani governmental authority.

Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment methods may vary and are subject to change. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. 565zk does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as context for Pakistani users familiar with these services. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with or guarantee of support from any of these providers for gambling-related transactions.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that no active investigation into your Account is underway. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
Processing times vary by payment method. 565zk aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Center. 565zk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is supported as an account currency where available. Currency conversion fees may apply when your chosen payment method operates in a different currency.
565zk offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
565zk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including patterns of wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "matched betting" or "bonus hunting" in the context of platform abuse). If 565zk determines that a User has exploited a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, 565zk reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings and close the Account.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Sports betting markets on 565zk cover a wide range of events including Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 and ODI tournaments, international football, UFC and other combat sports, and tennis Grand Slams. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked and cannot be changed.
565zk reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: events being cancelled or abandoned without a result; manifest errors in the odds displayed; evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to the relevant event; or technical faults that resulted in an incorrect price being offered.
Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market may apply. These limits are published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. 565zk reserves the right to limit the stake or payout available to any individual User at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or system fault, 565zk reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund stakes. No claim arising from a malfunction will be entertained beyond the return of the original stake amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall compilation of the Platform, is the property of 565zk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written permission of 565zk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 565zk and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
565zk does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
565zk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or criminal activity; non-compliance with KYC requirements; failure to meet eligibility criteria; or as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. 565zk will retain records of your Account in accordance with applicable data retention obligations. Clauses of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law provisions — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 565zk holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licence jurisdiction are available upon request from our support team.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contractual choice of law.
565zk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the changes take effect.
